FESTIVAL PLANNING

The first planning meeting for the festival took place on Sunday, January 22nd. Planning and preparation will start earlier this year as we expect a bigger event due to the draw expected with having The Killer Vees – Killer Country Show and this being the 75th Annivesary of St. Francis Xavier Parish. Put Saturday, September 16th and 17th on your calendar now. We will soon be asking for donations for the raffle drawing and for silent auction and more. This year with the expense of the music, we will be looking for big donors and corporate sponsors to offset costs as well.
