Worship Ensemble
A contemporary Christian style ensemble consisting of vocalists, guitarists, bassists, drummers, keyboardists and other instrumentalists.  An untraditional setting creates the openness for interpretation to all styles of music.  Unison singing is the format.  8th grade and up are welcome to join at any time.  The Worship Ensemble enjoys a year-round schedule.  Rehearsals are held on Monday evenings at 7:30PM and we sing at the 10:30AM Sunday Liturgies.  A spirited heart is the only requirement in joining the Worship Ensemble.  Flexability is the mantra of this group.  If you cannot attend a rehearsal, don't sweat it.  Have to be away from a scheduled Liturgy, don't sweat it.  Come when you can.  Family is first and foremost.  We are always looking for more members, please consider joining us.

Upcoming Events

Who is Bella Voce Consort? Bella Voce Consort began in the Spring of 2000. Since its inception, we have endeavored to preserve an appreciation and audience for sacred a cappella music.

Bella Voce Consort has been an ensemble-led performance group, with various members having led rehearsals and organizing performances. Bella Voce Consort has performed in a variety of venues including St. Mary's Cathedral in St. Cloud and St. Mary's Basilica in Minneapolis. The ensemble rehearses at St. John's Episcopal Church in Saint Cloud, where we have performed at the churches annual Advent Lessons & Carols.

Erin Gaffaney, choral director at St. Francis Xavier, and Louis Berg-Arnold, accompanist at St. Francis Xavier, are members of the ensemble. Belle Voce Concort will be singing at the 5:00 pm Mass next Saturday, March 20, as well as special music (Renaissance and African American spirituals) during prelude and offertory.
